Our pricing is straightforward, based solely on the annual number of players, with no hidden fees or usage restrictions, such as limits on emails, storage, or functions. Pricing is based on the total number of unique active players in a 12-month period (GST excluded):
1–1,000 players: $4 per player per year
1,001–5,000 players: $3 per player per year
5,001+ players: $2 per player per year
Free Initial Branding: Sign up for a 3-year contract and receive free initial branding with minor customizations (valued at $2,000–$5,000). Larger customizations quoted separately.
Flexible Billing: Invoices issued at the end of your main season for maximum convenience.
MyCompApp includes a registration module where players can register and pay using credit cards via the Stripe payment gateway. Organizations need to register their own Stripe account to collect these payments. Stripe charges a transaction fee (a flat fee plus a percentage of the transaction amount) for each payment, billed directly by Stripe.
